Experiencing Real Operations - The Foundation of Realistic Simulation

When it comes to creating a high-fidelity ground handling simulator, there’s no substitute for real-world experience. Every feature, mechanic, and interaction feels authentic only when it’s rooted in genuine operations, and that’s why our team regularly visits airports and performs the same tasks our simulator teaches.

We don’t just observe. We drive, we push back aircraft with Goldhofer Phoenix, Atlas, and Bison units, we connect Ground Power Units, perform walkarounds, and even handle FOD detection. We’ve done it all, the same way ground handling professionals do every day.

By experiencing real airport environments, we understand more than just the procedures. We feel the weight of the equipment, the precision required to align perfectly with an aircraft, the resistance during towing, and the moment when you have to brake just right during a pushback. These details are what make the difference between a game and a professional training tool.

Our goal is to ensure that every trainee using our simulator feels the same pressure, rhythm, and satisfaction of completing each operation correctly. This practical knowledge helps us design better learning paths, realistic feedback systems, and visual or mechanical cues that mirror reality.

It’s also a constant learning process for us. Each airport visit, each day on the ramp, teaches us something new about how people and machines interact in this demanding environment. Maybe one day we’ll even become certified ground handlers ourselves, but for now, we’re proud to keep learning from the best.
