The module develops skills in detecting visible damage, leaks, and missing elements while following checklists based on IGOM and airline SOPs. Users practice proper sequencing, inspection flow, and safe movement around aircraft and GSE, including low-visibility and night scenarios. It strengthens accuracy, hazard identification, standardized checklist execution, and critical-area awareness.

  • Train realistic aircraft de-icing and anti-icing operations using Type I and Type IV fluids. Operate from the driver’s cabin or directly from the basket, control boom and nozzle movement, and manage fluid coverage with correct spray patterns. Work with various aircraft sizes, handle multi-vehicle coordinated operations, and respond to weather-based contamination scenarios such as snow, frost, and ice. Practice professional execution, fluid management, and safe operation in low-visibility conditions.

  • Develop practical airside driving skills across airport and technical roads using an integrated airport map based on Google Maps. Train with realistic signage, markings, and restricted zones while operating in low-visibility and night conditions. The module reinforces safe maneuvering, route understanding, hazard awareness, and speed discipline through a built-in penalty system for speeding and unsafe behavior. Custom vehicles can be added on request.

  • Train professional Follow Me operations by guiding aircraft on taxiways and apron with precise positioning at stands and gates. Practice stand entry and exit procedures, correct taxiway routing and disciplined apron navigation in normal, low-visibility and night-time conditions. The module reinforces coordination with ground handling teams, proper use of light signals and marshalling cues, and safe navigation through restricted or congested areas. Realistic driving physics support accurate aircraft alignment, obstacle and traffic awareness, and strong situational awareness throughout the operation.

  • Train full cargo-loading operations using both high loaders and lower deck loaders. Practice realistic driving and positioning, handling multiple ULD types including LD3, LD2 and pallets, and performing precise platform lifts for both main deck and lower deck aircraft doors. The module covers three speed control modes, guiding rail operation, front and rear lift control, safety rails, ladder access and extendable supports. Users learn accurate aircraft approach, height alignment, container and pallet movement, and complete cargo-transfer workflows with a focus on precision and operational safety.

  • Train correct manual connection and disconnection of ground equipment such as chocks, cones, plugs and safety locks. The module reinforces safe sequencing around aircraft, proper positioning, communication routines and awareness of aircraft movement and stand hazards. Users learn precise handling techniques and consistent adherence to apron safety procedures.

  • Develop strong situational awareness during airside operations by practicing obstacle detection, stand-area scanning and safe maneuvering around aircraft and GSE. The module covers correct use and placement of safety equipment including cones, chocks and visual markers, and teaches hazard anticipation, speed discipline and safe operating distances in both normal and low-visibility conditions.

  • Train realistic passenger transport operations with accurate driving physics, a fully recreated light system and full door-control procedures. Practice safe pick-up and drop-off, precise stopping at aircraft and terminal doors, and smooth passenger flow management. The module reinforces apron routing discipline, obstacle awareness and consistent operational safety in low-visibility and night-time conditions.

  • Train realistic crew transport operations, including accurate driving physics, door handling, safe pick-up and drop-off procedures and routing across the airport and apron. The module reinforces stand-area awareness, route discipline, smooth stop and boarding flow, and safe maneuvering in low-visibility and night-time conditions.

  • Train the operation of both tow-dependent and self-propelled passenger stairs with realistic driving physics and equipment behavior. Practice safe aircraft approach and precise docking, including stair extension to the aircraft door, accurate door alignment, full height adjustment, and leveling. The module covers barrier and safety-shoe placement, operation with a tractor and towbar when required, manual repositioning, and emergency engine shutdown procedures. A fully recreated light system supports safe and correct passenger access setup across all stair types.

  • Train realistic operation of the TLD NBL belt loader, including accurate driving physics, raising and lowering the belt, and forward/backward belt control. Learn proper approach and alignment to the aircraft cargo door, work with a fully recreated light system, and practice emergency engine shutdown procedures. The module reinforces safe baggage transfer, correct belt docking, obstacle awareness, and efficient load/unload flow through precise belt and aircraft door positioning.

  • Train realistic operation of the baggage tractor, including accurate driving physics, manual trailer connection, and towing multiple trailers.
