Understand Our Simulator Better

For a clear view of how our Ground Handling Simulator works, watch the trailer and see realistic vehicles, physics, and training scenarios in action.

  • Train conventional pushback with towbar tractors and towbarless pushback with the Goldhofer Phoenix AST-2. Learn connection procedures, cockpit communication, safe maneuvering, and proper disconnection. Realistic risks such as scissoring and shear pin detachment reinforce precision and safety.

  • Practice repositioning aircraft across the apron and into hangars. Master tight turns, slope handling, and the effect of inertia on large aircraft.

  • Operate the Vestergaard Elephant Beta in winter conditions. Select Type I and IV fluids, use a joystick-controlled telescopic boom, and follow correct anti-icing timing. Built-in collision protection ensures safe and precise operation.

  • Guide aircraft along taxiways with the Toyota Follow Me vehicle. Train signaling, positioning, and coordination with ATC and cockpit crews.

  • Conduct apron inspections, detect foreign object debris, and practice proper reporting and removal procedures to maintain safety.

  • Perform full pre-flight and post-flight walkarounds to identify visible issues, place cones and chocks, and confirm readiness for operations.

  • Learn how to connect GPU, PCA, and ASU manually, with emphasis on safety and correct sequence of operations.

  • Set cones, position chocks, and secure the safety zone around aircraft to prevent incidents during ground operations.

  • Operate the Cobus 300 to safely transport passengers between terminal and aircraft. Train driving on the apron, positioning, and timing.

  • Position passenger stairs at the aircraft, verify alignment, and ensure safe boarding and disembarking procedures.

Operation Modules

Available Vehicles

  • Heavy-duty tractor for conventional pushback and towing. Features multiple steering modes (all-wheel, front-axle, crab), engine power settings, and adjustable cabin height for precision in any ramp conditions.

  • Towbarless pushback tractor that lifts the aircraft nose gear. Includes cradle system operation, adjustable power, cradle failure simulation, and emergency stop for realistic training.

  • High-performance de-icing vehicle with telescopic boom and dual fluid tanks. Train precise nozzle targeting, boom anti-collision system, and single or dual-person operation in winter conditions.

  • Cargo loader for ULDs and pallets. Practice deck operation, speed modes, hydraulic controls, and coordination with cargo doors on both narrow-body and wide-body aircraft.

  • Compact vehicle for guiding aircraft on taxiways. Train accurate positioning, speed control, and coordination with apron operations.

  • Passenger apron bus for transfers between terminal and aircraft. Training includes safe apron driving, route planning, and timing with ground staff.

The simulator includes a growing fleet of aircraft for realistic training: Boeing 737 MAX 8, Airbus A320neo, Airbus A350-900, Boeing 787-9, Airbus A220-200, and E-Jets. Custom aircraft can be developed on request to match specific fleet requirements.

Aircraft Fleet

Airports

We have over 15 years of experience creating 3D airport environments for Microsoft Flight Simulator, professional simulators, and 3D presentations. One base airport is included, and we can build fully custom airports that reflect your infrastructure and procedures.

Customization and Scalability

The system can expand in any direction. We build custom vehicles, airports, procedures, and full scenarios to reflect your operational environment and training standards.
